1. Data covered by a deletion request

You can ask us to delete all of the personal data we hold about you, or only part of it, including:

  • data obtained from Meta through Facebook Login, the Graph API or the Marketing API: app-scoped ID, name, email, Pages, ad accounts, campaigns, performance insights and access tokens;
  • data obtained from Google through the Google Ads API: account IDs, name, email, campaigns, performance statistics and OAuth tokens;
  • information sent through our forms or by email (name, contact details, messages);
  • browsing data linked to you.

Removing the app (steps 1 and 2) blocks any new access to your accounts. To have the data we already received deleted, also complete step 3.

2. Step 1: remove our app from Facebook

  1. Log in to Facebook.
  2. Click your profile picture, then Settings & privacy > Settings.
  3. Open Apps and websites (direct link: facebook.com/settings?tab=applications). If you connected a business account, open Business integrations instead (facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools).
  4. Find Netbridge‘s app and click Remove.
  5. Confirm. If Facebook offers it, you can also click Send request to ask us to delete your data: we will treat it as a written request.

3. Step 2: revoke our Google app’s access

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and sign in to the Google account you used to authorize our app.
  2. Select Netbridge‘s app in the list of third-party apps and services.
  3. Click Delete all connections (or Remove access) and confirm.
  4. If you also gave Netbridge manager access to your Google Ads account, you can remove it in Google Ads under Admin > Access and security.

4. Step 3: send us your request

Email contact@netbridge.com with the subject “Data deletion request” (in French: « Demande de suppression des données »), or fill out the form below. Please include:

  • your full name;
  • the email address linked to your Facebook or Google account, or the one you used to contact us;
  • the platform(s) concerned (Meta, Google Ads, website or form);
  • any identifier that helps us find your data: Facebook Page name, Meta ad account ID, Google Ads customer ID (format 123-456-7890), client company name;
  • the nature of your request: full deletion, partial deletion (please specify), withdrawal of consent, or another right (access, correction, de-indexing, portability).

Never send us your passwords or banking information. We will never ask for them.

5. Request form

You can also use this form. Your request is sent by email to contact@netbridge.com. The information you provide is used only to process your request.

6. Identity verification

To prevent someone else from deleting or accessing your data, we verify your identity before acting on a request. Usually, we email you at the address linked to the account concerned to confirm the request. We may ask for one additional piece of information, limited to what is strictly necessary. If you are acting for another person or a business, please include proof of your authorization.

7. Timelines and confirmation

  • Acknowledgement: by email, as soon as possible.
  • Processing: promptly, and no later than 30 days after we receive your request.
  • Written confirmation: once deletion is complete, we send you a written confirmation stating what was deleted and, if applicable, what we must keep and why.
  • Service providers and backups: we ask our service providers to delete the data they hold for us. Backup copies are overwritten on a rotation of no more than 30 days and are not used in the meantime.

If we cannot fulfill your request, in whole or in part, we will explain why in writing, citing the applicable legal provision and your remedies.

8. Exceptions: information we must keep

We may keep some information despite your request, only for as long as required and for the stated purpose, including:

  • tax and accounting records (invoices, contracts, payments), which the law requires us to keep for at least six years;
  • information needed to comply with another legal obligation or a court order, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • information needed to prevent fraud or keep our systems secure;
  • a record of your request and our response, as proof that it was processed;
  • irreversibly anonymized data that can no longer identify you.

This information is isolated, no longer used for any other purpose, and destroyed at the end of the mandatory retention period.

9. Withdrawal of consent and other rights (Law 25)

Under Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you can also, through the same process:

  • withdraw your consent to the use or disclosure of your information, including for marketing;
  • access your information and obtain a copy;
  • correct inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information;
  • request the cessation of dissemination of information or the de-indexing of a hyperlink attached to your name, under the conditions set out by law;
  • receive your computerized information in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability).

These requests are free of charge and are handled by Netbridge’s Person in charge of the protection of personal information (Privacy Officer): contact@netbridge.com, +1 514-214-2689.

Site cookies: you can withdraw your consent to statistics and marketing cookies at any time with the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page, or here: Cookie Settings. By default, these cookies are turned off until you accept them in the consent banner.
